Deviate Cycles offer a lifetime warranty and crash replacement scheme on their frames, for full details of these policies please head over to their website.  But don't worry as they have been kind enough to let us paint their frames whilst still keeping that great warranty intact.

Any lead-times given on frame availability is done so with the best of our knowledge based on information from the manufacturer, however these times maybe subject to change.

Painting Parts In Warranty 

In general painting a frame, forks, helmet and many other items will void the warranty.  We always encourage you to check this with the original manufacturer and we will not be held responsible if you have paintwork carried out by us that does void the warranty.  However having been given approval, JMJ Designs is able to offer custom paintwork on a number of frames and parts without voiding the warranty.  In these circumstances it should be clear that should a warranty claim on a part that we have painted be approved (due to future fault) and a replacement part received, neither JMJ Designs or the original manufacturer is responsible for the cost to re-paint the part if required. 

(The below polices apply to our standard shop items only and not frames or custom paintwork)


We offer a standard 30 day returns policy from when you receive your item.  To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original unopened packaging. Please also remember to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


For unwanted or incorrectly purchased items the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.  We recommend you use a tracked and recorded return method as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.  For orders that originally received free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 


To initiate a return, you can contact us by email at   If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  


Once we have received and inspected your return we will contact you to confirm if the refund has been approved and arrange payment, usually to your original payment method.


All refunds are at the full discretion of JMJ Designs.


Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your items on arrival and contact us immediately if found to be damaged or faulty. 


All products come with their standard manufacturer's warranty unless stated otherwise.  If a product is found to be or becomes faulty within its warranty period, please contact us so we can assess the situation and assist in how best to resolve the issue.  All warranty claims will ultimately be at the discretion of the original manufacturer.


Once a warranty claim has been approved by the original manufacturer/supplier we will contact you to arrange replacement or refund. 


Shipping & Taxes


Shipping is currently only available within the UK for our store purchases.  Please contact us to arrange international shipping of frames.


Shipping is calculated at checkout:


 £7.50 for items up to £50 and free for items over £50


We will aim to process your order within 2 working days with a 3-5 working day delivery time.


All UK taxes are included in the final cost.
